You can. However, for any cancellation, we keep between 5% and 15% for credit card processing on each items not shipped. For shipped items, we keep the 5 to 15%, and the shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer, and we will refund you the remaining amount. ALL ITEMS RETURNED SHOULD BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND CONDITION.
Unfortunately this is not possible. Orders placed through our Store are not located at our address. They will be shipped out directly from the supplier once they are paid for in full and approved.
eWaseet does not rent or sell your personal information to third parties. eWaseet only shares personal information about you with the shipping company taking care of delivering the product out to you, and with the bank that is processing the payment transaction of your purchase.
After placing your order, you will receive an invoice via email with details of the purchase including price and payment method and a request to confirm the shipping address.

Step 5: If and when the “your mobile account is now activated” message appears, you can login to the site using your newly created username and password.
Step 6: The first time you login, you will be asked to fill-in the missing information .Once you click on Submit, you can start to buy, bid and use all other eWaseet services.
After placing the order, the payment process should take between 24 and 48 hours and the product is shipped right after. Depending on the shipping address, you should expect your order to arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
